easter egg hunt2On Friday, 21 April 2017, Open Air School held their Easter Egg Hunt. This was a successful and enjoyable event for all who were present. Each phase participated in a separate hunt in a designated area of the school and all learners were rewarded with Easter eggs. This was followed by an Easter Hat parade. The learners made concerted efforts to be creative and represent all things Easter with their hats. There were a few specials prizes that were awarded for their efforts. A big thank you to our visitors who provided the music, games and activities. Annie and her team from Cedars Rehabilitation Center were fantastic with our learners! Learners and educators participated in face-painting, egg and spoon race, sack race and a dance-off! The Easter Bunny was, by far, the most welcomed guest as he distributed more Easter eggs to our learners. Our school is grateful to our educators, parents and learners for their generous donations and sponsorship towards this event.
