The Grade 12 Hospitality learners prepared, cooked and served a four course scrumptious meal for their invited guests. It was a long and tiring day amidst the heat, but the learners were determined and excited to complete their tasks. Each learner had two dishes to complete together with setting up of the restaurant. Ending off the meal was a lemon cheesecake which was exactly what was needed for the hot summer’s weather.
